Our heritage farm located on Isle Madame, Nova Scotia, where our family has been growing cranberries on the same 13 acres since 1892. We still make our cranberry products the traditional way - with hand tools and personal care, and without preservatives or additives of any kind. Just the way it used to be. Just the way it should be.
Delicious and healthful, the cranberry has been a treasured North American food for millennia. The native peoples, who called it atoca, ate the cranberry in breads, in sauces, and in the dried food known as "pemmican". They also used it in herbal medicines.
